Ingredients:
2x Gorgeous South African Steaks
Salt To Taste
½ Teaspoon Of Pepper
½ Teaspoon Of Crushed Fresh Garlic
1 Rosemary Sprig
3x Tablespoons of Olive oil
¼ Cup Of Red Wine
¼ Cup Of Balsamic Vinegar
½ Onion To Wipe The Braai Grill
Preparation:
Massage the olive oil into your steak. Season the steak with the pepper and salt to taste. Massage the garlic, into the steak. Place your steaks into a ziplock bag, pour the wine and balsamic vinegar into your ziplock bag. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
